Account deletion
Understand what deletion means before you proceed.
Deleting your account permanently removes your RoleReady profile and associated interview data, recordings, payments, and referral records. It also removes available paid mocks. This is an account-level action, rather than a way to edit your academic profile or stop practising temporarily.
We retain a deleted-account record of your email address to prevent that email from opening another RoleReady account. Your deleted profile and practice history cannot be restored through signing in again.
What you will lose access to
- Your RoleReady profile and selected career direction.
- Interview attempts, coaching reports, and progress history.
- Associated interview media.
- Available individual or monthly-pack mocks, payment records, and referral records.
What this action does not do
It does not delete your Google account or undo a payment held by an external payment provider. Account deletion does not itself request a refund. If you need help with a charge, resolve the billing question with support before deleting the account records used to investigate it.
Deleting a RoleReady account also does not restore the lifetime free mock for the deleted email.
If you only need to change something
Use your profile and onboarding screens to update your qualification, academic stream, subject, or target roles. For a data access request, an incorrect record, or a question about retained interview information, contact the privacy team with the scope of your request. A narrower request may be more appropriate than permanent account deletion.
Proceed only with the account you intend to delete
Sign in with the Google account associated with the RoleReady profile you want removed. Review the consequences above before selecting the permanent deletion button. Keep this page open until the request completes. If an error appears, contact support rather than assuming the deletion succeeded.
This action cannot be undone. The deleted email cannot register again.
